Manager - Medical Review

  • Manage a team of Medical Reviewers who would be Summarizing medical records in different client-specific formats
  • Work allocation. Review of assignments.
  • Training new employees.
  • Client Management/communication via mail.

Team Leader – Medical Coding

 Positions – 2

  Location : Chennai | Hyderabad

UG: MBBS: Medicine

Experience:

5 – 10 Years

  • Leads launch of new client coding projects.
  • Assist in selection of team.
  • Collect Login Paperwork Signatures and fill out Login Tracker
  • Scheduling Shift to correlate with client needs.
  • Request appropriate access to internal systems for the team.
  • Responsible for writing and responding to client mails as assigned.
  • Acts as a comprehensive mentor to newer coders scheduled to go into production roles and to systematically aim them in steps to sustain quality and gradually improve confidence for maximum productivity.
  • Review posted client guidelines and review general coding guidelines for the assigned project.
  • Work to help coders in goal setting. Client Goals are visible in RevAudit and production should be geared towards achieving the goal before or at three months. Coaching and motivating the employee should be part of mentoring.
